    Just checked pacer and we are DISCHARGED I want to thank Mi Bankruptcy & HHM for great information through the entire process. I feel like I have ten tons lifted off my shoulders. I normally hate Monday's but I think after today I will have to make Monday my favorite day of the week Thanks again for all the support. Broken

                    Thanks, we are now on day 63 and just awaiting the good news posting on PACER.
                    The attorney tells us that the Phoenix district court is really overloaded which considering the economy in that city is not surprise.

                          4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
                          5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
                          7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
                          7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!
