That's what the 60 wait is for, sure the Trustee can still request more info or the UST can get involved or a creditor can object...but at least the initial meeting is over.

Just wanted to add my congrats to you as well! I so enjoyed reading your story and I did not know you were going to the homeless looking lady was actually an attorney! Yikes! I hope me and hubby's 341 goes as smooth as your does. I'm going to observe my attorney at work on June 20th. Turns out the bk courthouse is practically next door to my building. I figure if I see a few hearings on my lunch hour it might help with the butterflies in my tummy!

sounds like some of the people i saw at my 341. lots of unprepared lawyes/disappointed clients. appeared that us Poor(Pro) Se filers had an easier time with the tt as we were all very well prepared. welcome to the 60 day club.
