How do you know when everything is going well for you??? I do not use pacer. I did get the random 1 in 1000 audit and it's done and gone. Nothing so far from the tt. I know nothing.....I feel like I'm in limbo......Still waiting for Lawyer to call me back.....

If the trustee requries more documentation he'll let you know generally 10 days prior to the date. Your probably in good shape, remember the old saying, no news is good news

Just wanted to let you know my 341 is the same day! I haven't heard anything besides GMAC doing a motion to lift the stay on my car. There will be one from the mortgage company soon, I'm sure, but it hasn't happened yet.

I'm thrilled I haven't heard anything else! No news is definitely good news.

Same here! The only thing in pacer I check is I log in and see if there has been any activity on my account. Nothing has been filed since 6/19 ... so, I'm happy to not hear anything.
