Can my creditors make a claim on new assests since discharge?

I thought I read somewhere that I had to wait a certain number of months before starting a new business.

Can't seem to find it now; all comments/questions welcome!

sep05 - Filed Chapter 7 | oct09 - Meeting of Creditors (341) | oct14 - Awaiting Discharge | nov17 - Last Day for Objections (set by trustee) | dec09 - Date discharged | dec12 - Date terminated - Case Closed

since the OP mentioned business, maybe he is doing ch11? in which case some rules might be different?

Well, I did. Every one of 'em. Mostly I remember the last one. The wild finish. A guy standing on a station platform in the rain with a comical look in his face because his insides have been kicked out. -Rick
