Trustee Report Question

Can someone tell me where on Pacer the trustee will file his report after the 341 Meeting? Our meeting was on 5/15 and I haven't seen anything as of yet. The last day to file any objections is 7/14.

Thank you. I found the Docket Report. The latest entry says:

Minute Sheet 341 Meeting Held and Concluded on June 26, 2009 Filed by Trustee Name (Entered: 06/29/2009) Awaiting Discharge.

Is this good? Bad? Will something else be filed. 60 day objection period is 7/14.

yes, it is good. if you are a no-asset, then there should also be something by the trustee saying "report of no distribution" or something like that. maybe the previous entry on the docket?

The only other items filed was an amendment from our attorney, and our post bankruptcy counseling certficates. Is it something I should be concerned about that he hasn't filed this yet or is it something he could still file?

I see in your signature that your 341 was continued to 6/26. Maybe the trustee just hasn't gotten all his paperwork finished.

I forgot to update my signature. It was originally rescheduled to provide documentation that the lawyer forgot. We provided it and they cancelled the continued hearing. :-)

How long after the 341 does the trustee file his report? I keep checking hoping to find something and nothing yet!!!

I would have thought he would have filed it already but you should still be fine. If something wasn't right with your case you would have already heard from the UST.

My report was filed within 2 business days.

most likely it's taking the trustee time because he didn't do it on your original date due to the missing documents. then he just didn't get around to it. at some point he should say that the estate was "fully administered" but even if he never does, it won't affect your discharge. just a few more days for you!

Thank you! If by 7/14 nothing is filed by the TT, is it safe to have my attorney check into the status? I don't want to bring attention to myself, but I really need this to be over!

I had my 341 on July 1st and on July 3rd the trustee filed the same wording as above--341 held and concluded. however there was no other comment and based on what he said at the 341, I expect him to be coming for equity in a vehicle that we are not able to fully exempt. in effect I expect our "no asset" filing to be turned into an asset case.

He said we might be hearing from him.

That's a good comment to hear if you want a good night's sleep after your 341. lol.

if by 7/14 nothing is filed, you will just be waiting for the discharge. you won't need to check into the status except to check for the discharge. that you can check with the clerk rather than with the trustee.
