I have a Western Union prepayed credit/debit card that only has whatever money i load onto it. I use this for paying bills online. There is no "credit" involved . Do i need to list this card?

You do not have to list anyone that you do not owe. Such as a paid out account like Penny's if it has a O balance, do not list, there is not need. If you have any money on the account, it is then an assest(on the prepaid card that is). Hope that helps.
