Title says it all....no too nervous though cause nothing is funny about our case and I've come to the realization that what will be.....will be....talk to everyone tomorrow....

if the trustee asks anything you can't answer, just say:

"can u say broke"

i bet they can't! they're getting $60 for every 4-5 minutes, which means just in that day they make around $3000.

No matter how nervous you are, keep your answers short, concise and consistent. Don't be indecisive. Have a copy of your petition in front of you to look at.

Make sure you have your copies ready of your license and SS card, if required.
Dress nice, but comfortable.

Get there early to listen to others' meetings. It's VERY helpful! The trustee will react better if you are prepared, and appreciates it when you keep the meeting going smoothly.

well 341 has come and gone....nothing but the standard stuff....I did go brain dead on the income question (I get draw and comm) on the petition we avg it out at $2000 month and when he asked I went brain dead and did quick math and came up with $2600.....ooppsssssss......so my lawyer pointed it out and the TT said what are you showing him so we got it all straightened out....my paystubs all reflect what was in the petition anyhow....afterwards the TT said thanks and that was it...our lawyer said that with that TT if anything was wrong or he needed more docs thenhe woulda asked before we left to get them over ot him but he didnt so I guess we are home free..Ill be watching Pacer like a hawk.....The TT also asked about a bank acct we closed the week before and asked what the balance was in it..I said hang on I have that right here and as I was fumbling looking for the statement he went on to the next question and didnt say anything more about that acct..so needless to say I didnt offer it.....lol......60 days and counting....59.5.....59.4.........59.3.......59.2. ........59.1..........59.........lol
