Does the BK court system monitor filers for a period of time after discharge to detect any inheritances or other windfalls like lottery winnings etc.? will IRS report any of the preceding to BK court?

I don't know the answer to your question, but I have heard on this board that they have up to one year after discharge to re-open your file. -
The wording of your question concerns me. If you were honest in your petition, there shouldn't be a problem. It is your fiancial standing at the time fo filing. You could win the lottery tommarrow, its yours. But, I am sure that somebody somewhere will look into it & try and put a hold on it to verify that fraud ws not involved.
I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....
