Schedule B or C????

I own minimal amounts of possessions. It seems to me that the garage sale value of my belongings easily falls under the $1700 exemption rule that CA has. Am I to list all of these items in Schedule C as opposed to Schedule B? It would basically leave me with nothing to list in B.

You list them on both schedules. On b you list them as assets, then on c you list them to exempt them.

CA exemptions

I am so stuck on schedule C. I have schedule B done. I don't own a home or car. Which box on top should I check.? I have just the basic, furniture clothes, household items. ?????
