Pacer 341 Question

I was checking Pacer last night and noticed that our means test did not include my kids, instead of saying 4 where you put in size of household, our attorney had put in 2. Everything else seemed right.

So can our attorney modify that if I bring this to their attention?

We are below the median income for 2, but with our kids naturally we are even lower. I guess checking Pacer is a good thing. I like being able to track our case.

Yes, I like looking at pacer too It lets me know what's going on with my case (nothing much ), but it does give me a peace of mind. You can also "poke around" in Pacer...I found a neighbor who hates me (long story) and acts like she's better than everyone on the block, she filed in 2000! Ha! I got to pull her case and check it out I noticed her husband doesn't report all his income, he does "side work" in construction.

As for the dependents being left off, if you've already had your 341 and everything went well, I would say don't bother at this point, you're almost discharged. But call your attorney and see what they say first.

Just let your attorney know. They can easily fix it before your meeting.

Yes I have been looking around pacer. Very interesting actually. To me it's somehow comforting to find others about where we are. I have found many in about the same income bracket and who share our same debt (cc).

I will be calling my attorney in the morning and letting them know. Hope they don't mind that I have been nosing around on Pacer! I found Pacer thanks to this forum, my attorney never told me a thing about it.

None of his business. Federal law puts most all filings available for the public to view. There is some legislation going through to make it free instead of the .08 per page.
