Normally creditors don't tell you. But at mine I seen a creditor talking to a debtor. It was really nothing big. The creditor was telling the debtor the questions that she was going to ask her so when they all got up to the Trustee it was pretty quick.

341 Meeting: 10/19/05 - DONE - My Experience
Last Day For Objections: 12/19/05
Case Closed: 01/13/06 (Friday The 13th!)
When my husband and I went in for our 341 we had 2 creditors show. One was for our car, and the other was for our home equity loan. We had NO idea either of them were going to be there. When we entered the waiting room and sat down the attorney called our name and asked us what we planned on doing. We told him that since our attorney wasn't there yet he would have to wait to talk to us until he got there. The other we had NO idea was there for us she sat quiet in the waiting room, and quiet in the hearing room until our names were called to come forward and at that time she came and sat at the table with us, told us who she was and listened. Once we said we were filing for bankruptcy because my husband and I both lost our jobs, she said she didn't have any questions for us and got up and left.....
