HELP in regards to reaffirmation

Is there always a reaffirmation hearing? I'm wondering if discharge will be delayed even longer now. If you read my other posts you will see that we are past 118 days of 341 meeting, and called the bankruptcy court to find out what the hold up is and it's because for some reason the reaffirmation agreements weren't looked at or signed off on yet. We filed chapter 7 no assets and we have disposable income of $42 a month so should not be considered undue hardship. I'm assuming we should not have a hearing since we had an attorney that signed the reaffirmation papers. Is this correct
