Anybody had a 341 (ch 7) experience in Indiana?

Hello and Regards to all,

I filed a no asset ch 7 in Indiana (under the old law) last week. I am currently awaiting a 341 date and was wondering if anyone has experienced - or knows what one is required to bring (general information on) 341 ch 7 preceedings in Indiana (southern district).

They are pretty much the same everywhere... Take everything you can think of just to be prepared.

- Drivers License
- Social Security Card
- Recent pay stubs
- Past 2 years tax returns
- Past 3 months bank statements from the date you filed
- Car title/ Lease agreement

Whatever you do, do not forget your License and SS card. Not having those will definately delay your 341 meeting.
