Based on this list I found in the "sticky" (see below, scroll down on page), how do I list all these when they are not all included on the expense schedule? Under "other"? And how to fit it all? Please advise... doing amendments, thanks!

You can group where appropriate. For example, on the 'other' line below the utilities, I listed 'garbage, cable, and internet $139'. 'Transportation' expense on the schedule included gas, insurance, routine maintenance, and car tags. I put my student loan at 'other' below the car payment. I included cleaning supplies, etc. in household maintenance. And then I used the final 'other' for 'misc' and took a list of what that included to the 341. I wasn't asked about it though. My 'misc' included personal care items, hair cuts, DH's cigarettes, dog food, my kids school lunches & school supplies, postage, etc. (I also only listed $200 for that, would perhaps have had to explain it if I had listed more.)Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
