Tax filing expense

For the past 2 years I have paid an accountant or Amscot at least $125 to complete or file my taxes. Can I list that as an expense? Also, it was taken out of my refund check (amscot), is that taken into consideration (subtracted) if they make you pay back the taxes?

The IRS allows tax prep. as an acceptible expense and deduction, so I don't see why the BK Trustee would have trouble with it either as an expense or taken out of your refund. Art
