My 341 is....

12/12/05. We filed on 10/13/05. Now we wait! This is going to be the longest two months of my life!

We filed the same day and our 341 is on 12/08/05. So we have to worry 4 days less.
We used an atty. and he filed electronically. Rec'd an email from him that evening that was a notice of when we filed, who the trustee was and the date, time and location of our 341. That's basically all that info that I got from PACER.
This Wednesday, I received a letter which was very similar, but also contained a back page and my understanding is that it was sent to all of the creditors listed on my credit matrix. Don't know if the atty. or the court sent this out.
Now we do what most of us do not do well...just wait.
BTW, I don't know about you or anyone else, but it's been very stressful, depressing and tense these past two weeks for my wife and myself. It's not over, but it's begun and now it's out of our hands.
God willing, this is what both of us will be posting in December. Art

I couldn't agree more. It has felt like a rat race. We should have filed sooner, but like everyone else, we're hoping it wouldn't come to this. I feel like I had to absorb so much information in such a short amount of time. Both my husband and I nearly threw up at the attorney's office the day we filed. We were just so completely stressed out! I am surprisingly less stressed now because I know there is an end in sight!

I am ssoooo lucky!!!

I have had the misfortune of being in an abusive relationship and finally decided to get out of it. EVERYTHING was in my name including the house, which I willfully surrendered in my chapter 7. My attorney filed on Oct 15th, electronically at 10:30pm and I received my letter from him yesterday stating where, when, etc. my 341 meeting would be on NOV. 15th. Won't this be an awesome Christmas "present" for me. I will have a new and fresh life all the way around!! I had struggled w/months on getting out of this relationship and getting out of debt w/out leaving him or having to file bankruptcy. I ended up having to do both. God knows in his heart my particular situation and what was best for me all the way around. I'm not even gonna check PACER because I know that HE is taking care of everything in HIS time. I have an "angel of strength" tattooed on my leg w/Hebrews 11:1. Now I just have to believe it and keep that scripture in PRACTICE. Thanks everyone for this awesome sight. We are all in the same boat, just different situations. Love you guys for your encouragement. I've read almost every post on this site.
