    341 meeting

    Wow!! this was fast. We filed on Oct 11 and our meeting is set for 11-11-05. I am so glad, this is much sooner than I expected. Will keep you all updated.

    mine too!!

    My chapter 7 was filed electronically at 10:30pm on the Oct. 15th and I received my 341 meeting letter in the mail yesterday. My date is set for Nov. 15th. Isn't that awesome. What a Christmas "present" that will be. I have been in an abusive relationship and have finally had the nerves to get out. I have lost everything and have even willfully surrendered my house w/over 10K equity in it. But, when its an abusive situation, you have to do what you have to do!! But most importantly, I also willfully surrendered my life back to God where it belonged. It is all in His hands and he is taking such wonderful care of me. Glory be to HIM because I will have a fresh start ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!

      Dear Monica, thank you so much for sharing your testimony with me. I too am a Christian and saw on one of these sites that this was that persons year of Jubilee and I am claiming that also. We will start anew, we will overcome and be more compassionate individuals because of going through all this. God Bless you.

        Amen to that!!

        Never judge anyone, because we never know when we could be in the same situation. If you had told me 2 years ago that I'd be where I am today, I would of LAUGHED at you. I'm not laughing now, but my heart is joyful because of God taking care of me and sending me to the right attorneys at the right time. They were the ONLY ones in our 4" phonebook that said "Christian and caring" and thats who I chose. They have bent over BACKWARDS to help me out and my situation. They were calling ME at work on SATURDAY NIGHT helping me w/paperwork that I had messed all up. Numbers in the wrong place, numbers that didn't match etc. I kept apologizing and they kept saying "its OK", My situation is not a coincidence, it is a GOD-incidence.
