I will probably double up on my meds just to be on the safe side.

    Best of luck to you!!!

I have my 341 also on the 5th, as of right now I'm trying not to think about it.
I to get very anxious before any kind of event so we'll see.

I, too, suffer from anxiety and it's really been kicking my butt since this whole BK process started I've had to take my anti-anxiety meds every day since it started. I can only imagine how I'm going to be the morning of our 341
I posted an update on another thread, the one that says I didn't pass out after all

I hear you about the anxiety meds. I did take my xanax that morning and it helped some, but for someone who deals with anxiety everyday its hard to get past it. I am sending you good thoughts and I hope you make it through this OK. I know from personal experience that it is hard to see the other side of something that causes such anxiety, but you will get through it. The best of luck to you.

    some good advice posted above.

Just picture yourself walking to your car after the 341 meeting and thinking, "Geez, that was nothing." And then start thinking about what you have to do after the meeting--go to the grocery store, pick up the kids, etc.

Try to put yourself "past the meeting."

I am a sole proprietor and I had nearly 100K in debt due to GAMBLING of all things. I also have GAD among other lovely mental adjournments. I promise you, tomorrow will be fine. All you have to do is tell the truth. That's it. The only wrong answer is something that isn't true. When asked for your name, say your name! in a clear and understandable voice, as they will most likely be taping the conversation for the record. When they say does anyone owe you any money, tell them the truth! If the answer is no, say in a clear and understandable voice- No one owes me any money. When they ask if you have cause to bring suit against anyone in order to get money, if the answer is no, say in a clear and understandable voice- There is no one I have cause to file suit against. You get the picture. The questions are not going to be about your personal life, or why you made the choices you made, or about anything having to do with YOU. They're ALL going to have to deal with M-O-N-E-Y, apart from the ones where you have to verify that you did read the paperwork, that is your signature, etc. But darling... the trustee isn't "out to get you"-- he's there to do a job... try and recover money for the people you own money to. One can not squeeze blood from a stone... if you are broke, you are broke, and that's that. You tell the truth, it will be noted for the record, and the whole thing will be over in 5 minutes TOPS. I promise.

Do not make yourself sick over this. It is due process, it is connecting A to B, it is what you have to do to get to the finish line, just keep walking.

    XOXOXO

You'll be fine...sending good vibes your way

Just be honest and answer the questions truthfully and there should be no problem. Tomorrow at this time, you'll be posting your 341 experience and wonder why you got yourself all worked up!

    Good Luck!

Hope that makes sense ;) If not... just laugh.
Believe it or not, that made perfect sense to me. I totally agree with you. Don't fret too much, it won't help.

I worried too, I have anxiety myself, but honestly it wasn't bad at all. Went in with my head held high, my voice was shaking when I had to answer questions, but it was fine. You will too. You will walk out with the biggest weight lifted from your shoulders!

Best wishes and just hold dh hand and you will be fine.

If I manage to actually make it through the meeting without having a heart attack, I'll be glad to fill you in!
