    creditor matrix

When a creditor is put on the creditor matrix, does that cover all acounts with that creditor,or do you have to list them all by account number?

If the accts. are listed seperately in another place and all of the acct. #'s and amounts are listed there, then I would think that on the creditor matrix listing the company would be sufficient. Art

Just makes sure that all accounts and accounts numbers from each company are listed. But the point of the credit matrix is to notify all of your accounts. I personally would list each account and address as if they were separate companies, because some account
s may have a different point of contact information. That is important to notify each account holder by the correct mailing information. THis is not a time to try and take shortcuts.
I went back & looked on Pacer to see how mine was done & that was it.
I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....

This is my understanding as well. Remember, you can't file on one account and not another. So if you have 3 accounts with one creditor, and they receive notice of your BK, they will note each account. They can find your account(s) by name & ss#.

Even the balances are not important. There is nothing wrong w/ listing the account number(s) and you do want an approximate balance. (To give an accurate depiction of your debt/income situation.)

Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

I imagine that you already know this, but there was a time not long ago that I did not, so I will mention this. The address you list on your creditor matrix is not where you send the bills, it is their main office. Can be found on a different location on most statements and also on your credit report if you pull that up.
