A Few Questions

I am new to posting but have been reading for some time. Hope someone can help me.
I live in Ga and filed a chapter 7 on 10-13. I have a couple of questions.
1st. I have a paypal account in my name but it actually belongs to my daughter. At the time she started selling on ebay she didn't have a checking account so we put it in my name. She is a college student and sells a few baby clothes every now and then. Anyway when I filled out my forms I didn't list it because didn't really think of it. Only remebered when I received my bank statement a few days and there was a very small transfer from paypal to checking. I just withdrew the money and gave to daughter. Anyway is this going to be a problem? Do I need to ammend my forms? If so how do I explain that it belongs to my daugher or do I just have to accept ownership?
2nd. I have been in cancer treatments for the last two years. Took me several months to find a doctor that would treat me because I had no insurance. At the time of my filing I owed my doctor about 80.00 dollars so I didnt list them just thought I would go ahead and pay it since it is under 100.00 Is this ok? I didn't wish to list them because if I did they said they would not be able to see me anymore without cash up front which is hard for me to do since I go every three months and it cost me about 400.00 each visit. Will this be a problem?
Anyone out there filed in Newnam Ga or the Atlanta courts, and if so how much info did the trustee ask for, ie: bank statements, paystubs, etc

I have a Pay Pal account too, and I didn't even think twice about it. In fact, I didn't think about it at all until I read your post, and I filed in July! I wouldn't worry about it, unless the money transfers are over about $300.00 or so per month. In that case, you would probably have to list it as income.

Being that you only paid your doctor under $100.00, again, I wouldn't worry about it. I also wouldn't bring it up at the 341 meeting. Just a suggestion.

I didn't list my paypal account. I only had $8.00 in it, from Ebay as well.

If you don't list a creditor, you have to pay them, because it won't be discharged.

Thanks everyone who jumped in to answer my questions. I only had about 60.00 in the paypal account . So I am just not going to mention it and if it comes up then I will just let them know that I forgot. If they want the little bit of money then they can have it.
