I filed today and in the Southern District of Florida and the 341's are 39 days from the day you file. I was really thinking that they would be farther away based on how busy they have been.

ahhh, that is where I am. I didn't know they were using Broward trustees. I guess it is helping. Do you know how many wpb usually has and how many are being brought up?Originally posted by StartingOver08 View PostHere in the WPB Trustee's office they have been "importing" Trustees from Broward county for the overload! I don't know how many they have brought here - just that various friends that have filed have had Broward Trustee's here in the WPB district. I checked with my attorney's office (at the time) and they said they were bringing in the Broward Trustees to help with the overload. I wonder what Broward is doing??? LOL.Filed CH 7 9/30/2008

My, my, that area is high rent area. I see mega buck boats in back of most yards, yet I guess even big buck folks are getting squeezed as well. Lack of purchase power has a trickle up effect, I guess. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? the wpb office also covers a place called port st lucie . It was not to long ago the fastest growing area in the country. Now it has one of the highest foreclosure rates. You can buy a house there for $60,000 that once cost $260,000. More likely than big buck boats in the backyard is a blue roof, left over from the 3 recent hurricanes, Frances, Jeanne and WilmaOriginally posted by AngelinaCatHub View PostMy, my, that area is high rent area.
