Please Help! Pacer remarks - I am stressed and just found out I am pregnant.

I don't understand why someone gets a Pacer account if they have retained an attorney. If I had gotten Pacer I would have been looking at it everyday and major league stressing about everything. Going thru a BK was enough stress on its own. I retained an attorney so it was his job to stress.

I had a great attorney but was still on top of my case even more then he was. Some here were the same way.

I see a lot of posters here state "well my attorney told me this would be no problem" and oops their attorney was dead wrong.

Simple answer:
When one's attorney is dead wrong YOU get screwed not the attorney.

If the UST was interested in you what he would have filed was a presumption of abuse so I'm sure it's nothing. Make sure to call your lawyer tomorrow morning.

CCCrazy- I'm glad I have a Pacer account. Everything is entered into Pacer 4-5 days before you or your lawyer find out about it. I like the heads up.
