    Ch7, Asset case
    Filed April 8, 09...Discharged August 9, 09

    Such a relief and weight off our shoulders.
    Now to get on with our lives and start the rebuilding process.

    We're now looking for a place to move to since going to court for the foreclosure of our house. We have a sale date of Sept 29.

    Wish us luck!

    Also, thanx to all for the help and encouragment along the way.
    I'll be sticking around here a while longer as we still have some questions.

      Tonight, the wifey and I are celebrating with a nice quiet meal and a bottle of wine at home, (kids are going out for the evening).
