Additional documentation for 341???

Hi everyone, I just got my letter from the BK court with my 341 hearing date yesterday. It did not include any requests for any documentation though I know from reading on this board that it is a good idea to be prepared.

If the trustee wants additional documents do they inform you in this first letter or is it possible I could still receive another separate letter with the trustee's request for documents? This site has been very helpful. Thanks in advance.

Did you file pro se? Our 341 is monday and we haven't gotten anything form the trustee, we gave lawyer everything, even last 2 yrs tax returns, but didn't have bank info yet. I will bring it, just to cover myself.
I called my laywer and they said they havn't heard anything from the trustee, yet I am bringing everything to cover myself. i'I don't wasn to have to bring stuff back.

My attorney told me not to bring anything but my DL, SScard, 2 yr tax returns and last 3 wage receipts. He said if they wanted anything else he could get it to them, but he didn't want me to give anything to them until he saw it first.

Same here, I talked to my lawyer today. He said everything is copied and in my file, so they will have everything.
However I am a Nervous Nelly, I still will bring everything but not offer anything, unless my lawyer asks for, yet I will still have MY peace of mind!!

You guys are probably okay then with what you are taking. We got a letter from the U.S. Trustee(before our 341) to send in more documentation. I am not an attorney but I agree with yours not to bring anything unless they ask for it and do let him look at it first. We didnt or rather we thought our lawyer would check what we sent but he didnt and we ended up sending more stuff...
