Well my Bankruptcy 7 was discharged a while ago.
I had a difficult BK 7 but it all worked out.
My spouse did not file for Bankruptcy as it was only me.
My spouse probably should of filed with me but that's old news. Well my spouse needs to file for bk 7 as the bills are way too much. I am worried that if my spouse files, it can re-open a can of worms with my bankruptcy. Is this a valid concern? Thanks for your input.
