I'm not sure anyone could answer that, but could give their experience if the had a Car Repoed. Are you paying insurance on it? If so, and you really want them to come get it, call the bankruptcy dept. of your loan company.

Congrats on your fresh start. I'd drive the wheels off of the thing until they came and got it but as mentioned if you are not using and are having to pay insurance call them to come get it.
