60 days on 8.17 - still no change on pacer...

My last day for objections was 8/17. How long does it take before I see any updates on pacer?

    Filed: 5/8
    341: 6/16
Trustee filing of no distribution: 7/13
    Last day for obj: 8/17
    Status: ???

BK courts are backed up all over the place, and in many districts discharge is taking loner than 60 days. I would wait a couple of weeks and then call either your attorney or the BK Clerk and ask them for an update

    341 Meeting - 08/13/08
    DISCHARGED! - 10/15/08

I would definitely call the bankruptcy clerk, we were past 130 days from our 341 meeting and if I would not have called them we would still be waiting....The clerks do make mistakes.

I agree with the other posters, I would call the BK clerk and find out what's going on...

The trustee told me at my 341 it would be 90-120 days...I think it just depends on your area and how far backed up they are.
