OhioFiler, Thank you for the clarification. I thought because I was behind in escrow already, that meant I wasn't covered. So, I should be ok then til August 2010 when it would renew again..
jadams, I sure hope I can do the cash for keys, then. Only was really worried about the one bedroom where the walls look absolutely awful. I bought this house by myself and was pretty ambitious thinking I could fix stuff myself and jumped right in to a couple of things a few days into moving in and well, never had the money to actually go through with finishing it. I didn't know the wallpaper removing so easily would leave a huge mess behind. It peeled right off in huge sheets, so, seemed like the right thing to do. I learned my lesson.
