ok so now im screwed

As mentioned in my previous post my car was in an accident. I have a thousand dollar deductible and am behind 2 payments. The insurance decided they are going to fix it even though its a 99 but its a mercedes SL500 with low miles. Dont get me wrong I love the car but am worried that during my bk i wont be able to keep it even though the payment is low. I'm unemployed and the judge will look at it as a hardship. Therefor i will loose the 1,000 deductible and the $375 payment (im sure I can call bank and tell them my hardship and they will grant me a deferment for the missed pmt). Now is a ride through able to be done even though I owed the same bank credit cards and a personal loan? Its USAA so i don;t know if they have cross sollateralization.
