Money in Checking account

I have not filed yet, but have hired my attorney and will be filing in the end of November. Can I use my atm card and take money out of my checking account? Just for general spending. $100.00 or less at a time and just ocassionaly.

Sure you can. Might want to keep receipts for any major purchases in case the Trustee asks what you did with the money on such-and-such date.

I agree with Whipster1. You can definitely use your atm card and your checking account.

yes you can just keep recipts as others have said, and avoid luxury items.
