I have posted about this same subject before but I am still not sure what to do. My BK was discharged in 10/2002. BK Reopened in 12/2002 due to assets from the sale of my former home. Lawyer dumped me and I am listed on pacer as "Pro Se" (very long story).
Well fast foward to today, all claims from my creditors were denied access to this money because they were all unsecured loans or credit cards. The trustee just received his expenses out of this money and there is about $2,500.00 left over. The case shows as "awaiting trustee's final report" after only three years of stating that we were "awaiting trustee's interim report".
All of the creditors have been denied because they were unsecured loans and no one is entitled to the money so do I file a claim with the trustee to get this money??
Anyone have any pearls of wisdom? I live in Missouri.
