341 in a couple weeks - another question

We received a Trustee Information Sheet today in the mail. One of the questions is Wages owed: Total $______ Non-Exempt $________

Does this mean hours that we have worked but have not yet gotten paid.
We filed on 9/30/05 - our pay period ran from 9/18/05 - 10/1/05 and we recieve our pay checks on 10/7........ Do we have to enter the amount our checks were there? Is it exempt or non-exempt?

Teri, that's the sheet I was telling you about. Okay, I think that 75% of your wages earned, but not yet paid, are exempt. However, my lawyer left those blank and the trustee asked nothing about it. Hope this helps. Write me if you need to. J.

I just filled out what I knew, the obvious yes or no questions. Anything that was fuzzy I left blank. And the trustee didn't ask anything about wages owed or vacation pay owed. I remember because I was really sweating it.
