Had 341 meeting june 10th, and still no discharge. Should I be worried? Checked pacer and says awaiting discharge. Live in Los Angeles so maybe court backed up?

Just do a search here for "los angeles" and you will see that LA is sooooo backed up, more like 5 or 6 month wait here. Guess the fact that our State is tanking and we're all in hot water that we've got more cases than anywhere.

Yes that's it. LA Courts are running about 3 or 4 months behind. I would call the clerk and sometimes they will push your discharge through.

BK filings are up 75% in So. Cal in the first 6 months of this year.
