Does anyone know at what point the trustee would file the appropriate documentation with the court that there are no assets in an asset Chapter 7?

Well the trustee filed a report of "No distribution" the same day as our 341. Is that what you're referring to?Filed 8/2009

No, there are assets to be disposed of in this case, but my IRAS will apparently not be available for my use until after the document showing no (more) assets has been filed in the court case. IRAs are exempt.Comment

We were ruled an Asset Case somewhere in late March or early April 2008, and our 341 was Feb. 7, 2008. Our lawyer told us that we were over our exemptions when we filed Dec. 28, 2007. I do not know why the time-lag.
