    question about my Ch 7 and foreclosure

    my CH 7 was discharged in feb09 house included in bankruptcy we had tried to stay but moved out in july house has just foreclosed.. wells fargo gave a bill of costs to the courts for a grand and i noticed on the court calender it says bill of costs..... we dont pay that do we ?? everything to do with the house was covered with the chapter 7 correct?

    Yes. All costs incurred by the lender to forclose the loan are absorbed in the BK.
    Bankruptcy History:
    Chapter 7 filed - 10/12/2005 - Asset
    Discharged - 02/16/2006
    Case Closed - 11/08/2007
