    Anyone else not have a 341 date set yet?

    Checked PACER today and still no 341 date. Filed Oct. 13.

    Emailed my lawyer and he said he has received no dates for any of his clients yet. That makes me feel a lot better that I'm not the only one. I bet mine won't be until January or something, which sucks because I don't want to be asked about my tax refund, which might be considerable this year.

    Anyone else still waiting?

      chucko, if you were told that IF your tax return came back before your 341 meeting that you could spend it then would you be happy?
      Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

        I filed chapter 7 Oct.15........My 341 is scheduled in March 2006.
