Finally a 341 Meeting Date

So, I filed on 10/12 and I finally have my 341 meeting date which is 12/20 at 11 am.

I'm still worried and nervous about everything and reading some of these posts make me even more nervous. Specially, since I'm filed by myself (wife didn't need to).

I filed by myself too without spouse. My attorney told me his assets were safe but at the 341 meeting the trustee asked about his assets. I think they ask you those questions because some married people transfer funds or assets to the other spouse before filing. I never transfered anything to my husband. I think most couples do not tranfer assets but some do and that is why the trustee asks.

I filed 10/13 and it took over 3 weeks to get the 341 letter. Also filed pro se and although I'm full of uncertainty, I have nothing to lose and nothing for them to take! Keep up on the forum, prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

Yah, I have an lawyer because that seems to be the best way to go. I wonder how many people will be in my 341 meeting class?

Since it took so long and my meeting is so far away (12/20) I would guess that would because of tons of people filing.
