Day 62 after 341...ARGH!!!!

I am wondering if the Northern Ohio district is backed up....my reaffirmation for my truck was entered on August 28th and is not approved yet. And worse yet it is day 62 after 341 we are still listed as "awdisch,reaf,meansno" on our flags and no asset.........hurry up Northern Ohio district.......I'm getting worried now....should I be? any Ohio bks...speak up!!

My pacer show:Flags: REAF, MEANSNO

I have no clue as to what this means. We had to redo our Schedule J and we did reaffirm 2 cars w/ CU and are reaffirming the house. Our attorney mentioned somethign to us about a mistake on our first schedule J under medical. We corrected it on 9/2/2009. Haven't heard a peep from anyone as to if we still have hurdles to make it over.

Maybe you or someone else knows if I'm in the 60 club for sure or should shill be in the Sh*tting my slacks group.

I don't mean to twist/highjack your thread, you asked about other NEO BK filers and I was just sharing.

I was in a panic too, we got our no distribution within a couple days of 341, we said we would reaffirm mortgages, that never came. We were on day 57 before our order of no assets showed on Pacer, day 61 was today and we got the order in the mail today. So I am thinking we won't be discharge anytime soon. I looked on Pacer at cases filed before ours in our district and they are still not discharged, so I am quessing the courts are majorly backed up. Don't worry, it's a busy time in the BK world right now. I looked awhile back ago at the bk statistics for this year and they were higher then last year, so just hang in there if there was a problem you would most likely know by now.

i am in Northern Indiana and our deadline for objections was 9/14/2009. Our status still says 'Awaiting 341 meeting' (even though the Deadline/Schedule report shows that it has occurred satisfactorily). If I don't hear anything by Wednesday of next week, I'm going to at least call and see why the status isn't at least awaiting discharge. I am just assuming that everything is backed up as well.
