liz , it wouldnt hurt to try. i called court clerk phone number listed on my notice of BK/341 meeting. she seemed to have the power to discharge on the spot, she did mention everything in my case was in perfect order, i was to excited to inquire any further. in fact, when i got off the phone i pumped my fist in the air so hard i damn near threw my arm out. thanks again to everyone
