    Can I get a D. I. S. C. H. A. R. G. E ?

    WHOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

    After reading another poster's comment on being discharged today (we are in the same district). I went to Pacer to check my status (been there 3x's today ) DISCHARGED AS OF 9/11!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!

    Thanks you guys!!! Just think, if I hadn't found this site I would be stuck with my 1st attorney and in A LONG 5 YEAR CHAPTER 13 WITH A $400 PAYMENT!!!! WoooooHoooo!!! Thanks again
    May 2008 Hired 1st Attorney/Stopped paying CCs
    May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
    May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
    9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!

          Thanks! Hmmm, I don't have a "2nd mortgage stip"..... Must be another poster from my district...maybe Albacore?
