HELOC & Chapter 7 Discharge

I am discharged but have been a bad boy about my heloc. I have not paid in months but plan on paying soon. Just curious why they are being quiet...they were the most aggressive creditor before BK and know they are so quiet ...its unnerving.

Regardless if i pay up current...am i going to be ok?

are you underwater on the loan ?? What bank is it ?? Since it is discharged, and i assume you did not re-affirm, they could have sold it to a JDB

I owe 268 on 1st
I owe 116 on Heloc

House worth about 410...

So almost underwater but enough to cover both loans right?

The bank is american express/everhome.

They sell the lien to JDB? What about foreclosing?

Think they might be biding time until values come back?
