    Is this Atypical?

I just called the 800# to find out info on our case. (I used pacer 2x but it says account not found).

So we filed 13 on 11.25/08 converted to 7 on 7/6/09 had 341 in august...so we are in our 60 day waiting...

When i called the 800 number the informational system says no assests case (cause well, we have nothing). but then it said awaiting closing Doesnt the discharge come 1st? Should it say awaiting discharge?

Can someone explain this to me... or should I go check out pacer? even though it says we are not found..
chpt 13 11/25/08 converted 7/7/09 to a 7. No assests and surrendered vehicles...
9/2009 Scores 515-565 & working up from here...10/9 they havent budged yet....why does our puppy & bk lawyer have the same name...lol Discharged 10/28/09 now the real work begins

You should be "discharged" first, then you case will be "closed"...

the "status" is often wrong in pacer, and the phone system "reads" from pacer. go to pacer and look at your docket sheet. don't look on status, it's wrong.

no, you can't be discharged because 60 days have not yet passed.
