    I just got my discharge papers from pacer (won't let me save the pdf though, kinda annoying) and I pulled my credit again and it says I'm discharged now and even my 2 mortgages were moved to included in bankruptcy!

    Yay!

        LOL yea...evil condo... the mortgages have been removed from my equifax report though...so that's a start.

        I think I am just going to keep the car though.

          Don't you have to pay the HOA dues until it is sold or auctioned off? Hope the dues are inexpensive.

            Yes, I do. They are about 230 a month or so... my renters are paying the HOA dues for now thank goodness. But they are moving out November 15th. So, if they don't foreclose by then... I will have to fork that out every month myself.

              Ewww! I think I would call the bankruptcy dept. of your First Mortgage every day and bug the crap out of them to foreclose on your Condo ASAP! I've heard horror stories of it taking up to 1 to 1 1/2 yrs. to foreclose. Pray that doesn't happen to you.

                Hey Amy26, justplaintired and others from the 341 class of 20 July, Congratulations! I got my discharge over the weekend as well. Weird. Looking back, it was much easier than it seemed -- all that stress, all that worrying, for nothing. I guess the paranoia is built in to the system.

                Thanks to everyone, sincerely, for the support, advice. As many other have said, just knowing there are others out there going through the same thing, helps a lot.

                    Yea it did seem much easier than I thought but my case was very simple. I know lots of others on here that have gone through hell. Glad it's over and I can move on. Grats to everyone else as well.

                              Congrats on closing Amy! Now it's completely done!!! Yippeeeeeeeeeeeee!! Aaaaahhh congrats, you should have started your own discharge thread get all the pats on the back you can!! Can't believe so many of us made it thru and it's finally done!! Good luck all of ya!! Finally we can all move on.

                                I got my discharge today, congrats!!!!!!!!!
                                Very fortunate in the grand scheme of things but have learned my lesson.
