question about meeting and car title

My meeting of creditors if on Thursday. My soon to be has my title to my car and he is out of state. Will they except the registration that shows it is both of our names? I am about to have a nervous breakdown over this...ughhh.

One person at my meeting forgot the title to his car. The Trustee allowed him to fax him a copy later on.

You should be able to get a copy at your local DL office for 20-30 dollars immediately.

I am waiting for my mom to mail me a copy of my title as she is a lienholder and they sent the new title to her. I have a copy of the registration which lists her but I don't want my case held up ... they may not even ask for title but in my case, probably will

See if your husband can get to the nearest kinkos and fax it to you, At my meeting anyone that didnt have the titles to their cars or homes were rescheduled.

i had to pay $16 or so to get dmv to mail me mine and it tooks 3-4 weeks.

Here in crazy florida, we can go to our local DL/DMV office, pay somewhere around $20-30.00 and they will instantly give you a title ... it costs a bit more because it's not mailed but it is instantaneous. See if your state does that.
