My attorney just emailed me to tell me that we received our Discharge today!!! It was almost exactly one year from today that we realized we needed to seek an attorney. All I remember is it was mid-October last year when we met with our attorney. What a long year it has been, but we are ready for our Fresh Start!!!

We had a Motion for Relief of Stay filed by our mortgage company during our 60 days. The judge rescheduled the court date to 9/29 so we could get caught up. The Motion was removed on 9/14. So, your discharge may come a little sooner than ours did.
