I am new to the BK forums. Thank you all for any and all information that you may be able to provide us. Our first bankruptcy began in Jan 2003 and at that time we had filed as a Ch 13 because both myself and my wife were both working but deeply in unsecured CC debt. Shortly after the filing my wife lost her job and we had to have th Ch 13 converted to a Ch 7. As best I can tell, the Ch 7 discharged either in June or July 2003. I was laid off from my job of 13 years on March 24, 2009 and need to know when we can refile, more than likely Ch 7, if I am still unemployed. I had no intention of becoming unemployed, but with our current debt load, things are starting to become more stressed here and it looks like there is no job in sight for me at this time. Thank you.
