I put in the paperwork that I had intended to reaffirm both lease cars. I have signed the papers for one, and decided to not reaffirm the second. Both cars are with Honda Financial. I have told my lawyer about the change of mind on the second reaffirmation.
I haven't seen any change in the paperwork filed on PACER, and I wonder if Honda will show up in the middle of the night to take the car. The car was up to date, until Sept. 20th, as I did not make that payment. I am also concerned that Honda will now deny the first reaffirmation, even though the paperwork was signed, it has not been filed. (I am not sure who is supposed to file this)
Has anyone experienced anything like this with Honda?
