CityFarmer: You may want to consider taking the light rail in from Ft. Snelling or 28th Ave. stations especially if you are closer to the south metro. No need to deal with freeway traffic. Keep in mind that at Ft. Snelling, the north end of the platform is still closed.

I'd love to take light rail (I'm a big train fan), but I'm in Carver county, so I'd have to deal with freeway traffic just to get to the rail station! The park & rides along the new 212 will be the best choice for us, I think.
