I think most folks have heard about my situation now. Well, I finally got to talk to my attorney. All the stuff that went on in the past is meaningless. I was free to take the cash advances and do anything I wanted with it - certainly investing it or living on it was no problem. I was hoping to find work to pay by debt, but it just never happened.
All I need to do is wait until 90 days since I last used the card (oh, and since I paid the card that I did use right before then, even that would be no problem.) I'll be able to walk away worth a house worth $50K (I'd agree to pay anything over that) and keep my piano (although I may to prove that I play, which I can by submitting a CD of me playing in my high school jazz band, calling my name out many times.)
