all of the unsecurred - we are keeping the house, but not reaffirming....the house would not sell for what it is worth and we want to stay in the area for 2 years, after that we will be leaving that house and if it won't sell for the loan amount (or doesn't sell within a time frame) we don't want to be stuck with paying the differenceComment
